The Training & Placement Cell, BMIP, Sonepat facilitates the process of placement of students passing out from the Institute besides collaborating with leading organizations and institutes in setting up of internship and training program of students. The Cell is well equipped with ample infrastructure in Terms of Testing hall Consultancy Hall for Pre Placement Talk, Presentations etc. All the reputed organizations including MNCs come to the institution for campus recruitment.

The college has a dynamic and well-established Training and Placement Cell headed by a Training & Placement Officer and assisted by one faculty member and student coordinators from each Department. The primary role of the cell would be to:

• Prepare students for successful performance in competitive exams.

• Develop communication abilities by conducting Group Discussion and mock interviews with the help of well- equipped language lab.

• Invite Industry and prospective employers to organize campus interviews time to time.

• Provide fruitful industry-institute interaction.
